DIRECTIONS - UPDATED

There is construction going on right in front of the theatre

Clematis Street is closed for construction.

The theatre is still easy to reach: From Okeechobee Boulevard east, take a slight right onto Australian Avenue North. Make a right on Banyan Blvd and a right on Narcissus. There are two parking garages on Banyan and Narcissus. If you continue down Narcissus, there is a third (outdoor) parking lot just across Clematis which is across the street from the theatre. The theatre is on the corner of Clematis and Narcissus.

Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday.

Best,

Lisa

"THE HOUSE OF BLUE LEAVES”

By John Guare

It’s October 4, 1965, and Pope John Paul VI is spending 14 hours in New York City, marking the first visit by a reigning pope to the United States. Millions line the streets to greet him and zookeeper Artie Shaughnessy, a wannabe Hollywood songwriter with big dreams and no discernible talent, joins the throngs in the hope that a papal blessing will help propel him out of Queens, away from his mentally ill wife, Bananas, and into a new life in Los Angeles with his girlfriend, Bunny Flingus.

Please note that benefit tickets are limited and will not be available at the door.
