After attending this intermediate-level program in full, participants will be able to: 

(1) Understand the biological mechanisms that contribute to the symptoms of childhood ASD;

(2) Understand the rationale and methodology of a psychoanalytically -informed dyadic approach to treatment;

(3) Understand the interplay between neuro-function and development as they unfold in the course of treatment.
